Recently, I started reading “A Second Helping of Murder” by Christine Wenger. I really enjoy this “Comfort Food Mystery” series!
I had read the first book in this series ( Do or Diner ) a year or so ago – and I have been looking forward to reading more in this series. There is a little bit of romance – which I really like. This is a very interesting “food-themed” cozy series. The characters are interesting and the story progresses nicely.
More about the book: Trixie Matkowski is warming up to running her family’s diner in the small town of Sandy Harbor in upstate New York. But the only thing more demanding than serving up piping-hot comfort food twenty-four hours a day is getting to the bottom of a double homicide….
Christine Wenger also writes romance books as well as cozy mysteries.
